名菜典故之奢香玉簪
<FONT face=宋体>贵州地处中亚热带湿润季风气候,境内山川纵横,四季常青,土特产丰富。贵州菜又称黔菜,由贵阳菜、黔北菜和少数民族菜诸流派组成。大约在明代初期,贵州菜即已趋于成熟。许多贵州名菜均有600年的历史。到清代咸丰年间,进士出身的贵州平远(今织金)人丁保桢的家厨所创的以旺火油爆鸡球加辣而食的名菜———宫保鸡丁即已达到脍炙人口的境地。贵州菜辣相适口,酸辣浓郁、淡雅淳厚。 <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></FONT>
