4、腹白。米粒的腹部有一个不透明的白斑,在中心部位叫做“心白”,在外腹部的叫做“外白”。腹白小的米粒是籽粒饱满的谷粒加工的,腹白大的米,稻谷则不够成熟或含水量过高。
