主要用途
本机用以将各种颗粒状原料压制成片状，除圆片以外还可以压制各种几何形状的异形片、双面刻字片。其结构为双压式，有两套加料装置和两套压轮。转盘上可装25付活络式冲杆，旋转一周即可压制50片。压制圆片时，根据片剂大小，冲杆上可装双冲、三冲和四冲。故适用于大批量生产，压片时转盘的速度、物料的充填深度、压片厚度、下冲顶出高度均可调节。随机附单独吸粉箱，通过吸分管与吸咀可吸取机器运转时说产生的粉尘，避免粉尘粘结堵塞，并可回收原料重新使用。
