Neutral cure silicone sealant is a one part,high modulus fast cure , long skin time general purpose neutral silicone sealant .For sealing and weather proofing all building, glazing, roofing, rainwater and cladding joints. It is recommended for use with Zincalume*,Galvabond*,Colorbond*,and Marviplate*.Adheres to glass, aluminium, ceramics, masonry, concrete, stone, most metals and most painted and plastic surfaces.*Registered trade marks of BHP coated steel Division
Directions;
Surfaces must be clean dry and free of dirt, grease ,oil, or water .Use methy lated spirits or mechanical cleaning, do not use soap or detergent.
Cut nozzle at 45oangle to desired beadwidth, and apply to substrate with sealant gun.Tooling time is 10 minutes, tack free time is 30-60 minutes .Uncured sealant can be cleaned up with mineral turpentine. Some surfaces may need a primer. If so , allow primer to dry before applying sealant. Use approved backing material for joint over10mm deep . For a neat appearance use masking tape. Remove masking tape before sealant has skinned over. Please stored below 27oC.
Safety and first aid directions
Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mouth, and avoid breathing vapour. Use in well ventilated area. If in eyes, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes, if irritation persists seek medical attention. Remove contact lenses before using sealant. Do not handle lenses until all sealant has been removed from fingertips and nails. Residual sealant may remain on fingers for several days and transfer to lenses and cause eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children.
产品简介：御匠牌US361中性耐候硅酮密封胶是单组份、中模量中性固化型硅酮密封胶；采用进口原料分装，具有出色的粘接力和持久柔韧性，固化时依靠吸收空气中水分反应，不产生醋酸气体，施工时对人体无任何刺激性；可粘接几乎所有材料(镀膜玻璃、大理石材、塑料、不锈钢板材、镜面、烤漆铝材、塑钢制品、高档洁具、淋浴房、铝塑板等)，在防水密封、门窗框接缝密封，石材及金属间接缝，都可获得密封效果；硅酮产品，具有的抗紫外线、抗老化性，无论阳光、雨水、冰雪或极度高低温(-50-+200)都不会造成不良影响。
使用说明：
敬请认真清除接著面附着的水分、油渍、涂料、灰尘等，并预置干燥，施打胶体时，应确保将其注满接缝，并与基材密实相接；
如有必要，应进行现场相容性粘着测试以确认产品与基材是否粘结良好、是否可能产生不良化学反应，或者拨打本公司800技术咨询电话询问，但本公司的任何回复仅为参考意见，不承担任何法律后果，更不得作为产品使用的补充说明或任何形式的承诺；
对于本说明列举以外的各类黏结接着体，建议用户慎重使用本产品，本公司对于用户自行选择的黏结用途不承担任何直接或间接连带责任；
在胶体未完全固化前，勿使灰尘、水分沾染。在正常情况下，胶体表干时间30-45分钟，24-36小时后完全固化；
(5)工作地点的安全措施：手套、口罩、护眼罩等物品必须具备；
（6）理论预估用量（不计损耗）：可提供15米长，直径为4.76毫米的胶条。
使用限制：本产品不适用于结构性装配的应用，或是打胶基材表面温度摄氏0°C或高于摄氏50°C之工程应用。
质量标准：
本品符合室内装饰装修材料有害物质标准（GB18583-2001）
保质期及保存条件：参见胶管底部注明日期前使用，在27°C的干燥环境下存储，为保证胶管底部活塞密封性，请务必竖直摆放，切勿将胶管水平堆压，结果可能导致胶管变形漏气、胶体固化失效，直至打不出胶现象产生。
注意事项：使用时注意采取保护眼睛的措施，如果不慎产品与眼睛接触，立即用流动水冲洗，若仍旧疼痛，请立即就医。本品在存储和使用时务必远离儿童。
