KJBL59系列三聚氰胺油墨
1、本产品采用进口丙烯酸树脂和颜料经过细制研磨加工组合而成，适用范围：PBT，三聚氰胺板材料丝印及移印，常温25度需加配10%固化剂，不需烘烤，即可获得优异的附着力。100度烘烤25分钟之后可以耐洗网水甲苯等溶剂
2、产品特性：亮光、附着力佳、流平性佳、硬度强、耐酒精、抗刮伤。
3、色泽：26色常用色，其他特殊颜色可以调配，可用于丝印，移印（需添加相应的溶剂不建议使用劣质稀释剂稀释）
4、固化剂：本产品常温下必需添加配套加固化剂，否则会影响其效果，有可能会结团反应，10度干燥速度会更加缓慢
5、油墨调配方法：先加配套固化剂搅拌均匀再加稀释剂5-10%左右稀释到印刷适合粘度搅拌均匀，根据当时的实际环境条件选用稀释剂：快干、中干、慢干稀释剂，一般情况为冷天（≤15℃）选用快干剂，而热天（≥30℃）选用慢干剂。
6、使用期限：壹年，过期请慎用，加了其他助剂剩余油墨不可回收。
7、不得与其它类型油墨混合使用，否则容易出现其他附着力，化学反应等不良现象。

本系列基本色及网点四色重金属含量均符合欧盟ROHS、欧洲EN-71标准及美国ASTM标准。
【油墨使用安全规则】
1．各种承印物料的外观相似，务必确认承印物的材料是否相符，客户需先试印，确其符合要求后，再批量生产。
2．做好被印物的表面清除油脂及杂质以促进附着效果，在移印过程中如出现拉丝或散开，可适当加入一些慢干膏即可;
3．未经允许情况下，不得将本系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色，环境温度过低，将会影响油墨原有的质量。
4．注意作业车间的湿度，湿度过大会影响附着力，温度高容易堵网。
5、使用时注意施工场所的通风状况良好。尽量避免皮肤直接接触
6、本品不慎溅入口、鼻、眼、耳内，应用大量水清洗或直接求助医生。
7、对本品过敏者，使用前应涂覆一层皮肤扶肤膏或戴不渗透手套。
8、根据气候变化，请远离火源，阴暗处15度-30度环境下存放，油墨，稀释剂使用及储存时严禁烟火
