混流泵1）性能范围 泵口径50～200毫米，流量12.5～400立方米/时，扬程8～125米，配套动力有柴油机直联、皮带传动，HW混流泵，电动机直联，功率1.1～110千瓦，混流泵，转速1450～2900转/分。（2）结构型式 轻小型离心泵为轴向吸入单级单吸悬架式离心泵，500HW-11混流泵选型，泵体后开门，出口位于中心向上，后盖为压嵌式，轴承体与泵体直接联结，混流泵，泵脚位于泵体下方，轴承用黄油润滑，轴封分为软填料、机械密封、橡胶油封三种。叶轮均为闭式，传动分为联轴器传动和皮带传动两种。泵叶轮转向：从泵进口方向看，叶轮转向为顺时针，当泵与柴油机直联传动时，为逆时针。泵出口可装置手动泵，可去掉底阀，减少水力损失，并能使泵自吸。 ?3、水泵出水量不足?The waer yield?of water is not enough?1、进水管路或叶轮有水草杂物?2、转速过低?3、输水高度过高?4、泵盖及叶轮磨损间隙过大?5、填料进气?6、马力不足?7、进水管口插入水中深度不够?1.
