T6铝带定义 1、合金：合金由基体金属元素（含量的元素）、合金元素及杂 质所组成的一种金属物质。
2、合金元素：为使金属具有某些特性，在基体金属中有意加入或保留的金属或非金属元素。 3、杂质：存在于金属中的但并非有意加入或保留的金属或非金属元素。 4、变形合金：主要通过塑性变形加工成产品的合金。 变形铝合金是指这样一类铝合金，它需经过不同的压力加工方式生产成材。这些变形铝合金是机械工业和航空工业中重要的结构材料。由于体积质量轻，比强度高，在航空工业中占有特殊的地位。变形铝合金分为两大类，一类是非热处理强化变形铝合金，另一类是热处理强化变形铝合金。非热处理强化铝合金是防锈铝合金，它耐腐蚀，易加工成形和好焊接，强度较低，适宜制作耐腐蚀和受力不大的零部件及装饰材料。 5、热处理可强化合金：通过适当的热处理能够强化的合金。 热处理强化变形铝合金通过固溶和时效使合金的强度显著提高。这类铝合金品种系列多，用途广。如2×××（2024）、4×××、6×××、7×××（7075） 6、热处理不可强化合金：仅冷加工能够强化而热处理不能明显强化的合金。 铝锰合金（3×××）和铝镁合金（5×××）是不能用热处理强化的变形铝合金，其化学成分和组织比较单一，没有理想的沉淀强化相，可通过形成固溶体而进行强化。这两个合金系的特点是具有优良的耐蚀性，又称之为防锈铝合金。

铝合金表面腐蚀现象的预防措施
硅引起6063铝合金型材腐蚀的行为完全是可以预防和控制的，只要对原材料的进货、合金成分进行有效控制，保证镁、硅比例在1.3～1.7范围内，并且对各工序的参数进行严格控制，避免硅产生偏析和游离，尽量使硅和镁形成有益的Mg2Si强化相。 如果发现有这种硅腐蚀点现象，在表面处理时就应该特别注意，在脱脂除油过程中，尽量使用弱碱性槽液，如果条件不允许，也应该在酸性除油液中浸泡的时间尽量缩短(合格的铝合金型材在酸性脱脂液中放20～30min无问题，而有问题的型材上只能放置1～3min)，而且以后的洗水pH值要高一些(pH>4，控制Cl-含量)，在碱腐蚀过程中尽量延长腐蚀时间，在中和出光时要使用硝酸出光液，在阳极氧化时应尽快通电氧化处理，这样，由硅引起的暗灰色腐蚀点就不明显，可满足使用要求。
