我单位生产工业陶瓷，工程陶瓷，机械陶瓷，电子陶瓷，化工陶瓷，纺织陶瓷，电器陶瓷，蜂窝陶瓷，仪表陶瓷，精密陶瓷等各领域所应用的氧化锆质陶瓷，氧化铝质陶瓷（99、95瓷），氧化镁质陶瓷（滑石瓷，高频瓷），碳化硅及氮化硅陶瓷，堇青石窑炉蓄热体等，主要产品有喷砂咀，锚固件,点火头，瓷管、瓷棒，陶瓷托辊，陶瓷过滤管，磨球磨衬，氩弧焊喷嘴，温控器陶瓷壳体，灯具灯头等各种具有耐高压、高温、绝缘强度高，机械强度好等优良的性能。其产品不仅于国内，还远销欧美、东南亚。
具体陶瓷产品如下：
1、 陶瓷锚固件：主要应用于现代窑炉的内壁悬挂耐火陶瓷纤维棉毡及喷涂物的悬挂。替代传统的耐热钢使用温度低，寿命短的问题。
2、 真空炉用高温刚玉瓷件：真空炉用瓷件主要应用刚玉99瓷件和95瓷件，即耐高温又具有较高的机械性能和良好的绝缘性能。
3、 喷砂嘴：是喷砂机应用历史比较长的一种95瓷件，被广泛应用于铸造清砂，喷涂面除锈，金属表面清理等。
4、 陶瓷托辊：采用结构陶瓷制作陶瓷辊，是传统皮带输送机上所用铁辊替代品，其延长使用寿命及降低造价优势明显，已广泛应用。
5、 陶瓷过滤材料：我们研发生产的刚玉质陶瓷过滤管，过滤板，可根据用户使用要求过滤精度、孔径等技术参数来制作生产。其广泛应用于分析仪器等气体、液体和固体过滤。
6、 蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体：主要应用于节能窑炉蓄热换热系统，提高燃气温度，从而达到节能环保功效。
7、 陶瓷锚固件：主要应用于节能轻体窑炉的窑墙窑顶陶瓷棉毡炉衬的固定，可制成陶瓷螺纹连接件等各种形式。
8、 氧化锆轴承：陶瓷轴承具抗磁电绝缘,耐腐蚀,无由自润滑,耐高温耐高寒等特点,可用于极度恶劣环境及特殊工况.套圈及滚动体均采用氧化锆（ZrO2）陶瓷材料。
9、管道衬板：它是以 α — AL2O3 为主要原料，辅以稀有金属氧化物等熔剂，经1700°C高温煅烧而成的特种刚玉瓷含AL2O3 95％以上。其超强的硬度，超级的、耐高温及耐腐蚀等优良的性能，令铸石铸钢等其他材料无法比拟，是一种工业用特种材料。经权威部门的实验对比，陶瓷的度是锰钢的30多倍，是高铬铸铁的6倍多。
10、磨球磨衬：采用等静压制作的研磨体具有高性，其性比普通瓷球更优良。当研磨瓷球运转的时候，它不会产生污染，因此它可以保持高的纯度和提高研磨效果的稳定性，其特点是高密度，高的硬度和高的研磨特质，从而节省了研磨时间，扩大了研磨的空间，可以有效的提高研磨的效果和节能功效。
此外，我公司还可根据用户需要定制砖机芯头，纺织瓷件，堇青石瓷件，氩弧焊喷嘴等。

Specific ceramic products are as follows:
1 、 ceramic anchor: mainly used in the inner wall of modern kiln, suspension of refractory ceramic fiber, cotton felt and spraying. Instead of the traditional heat-resistant steel, the problem of low temperature and short service life is used.
2, vacuum furnace with high temperature corundum porcelain parts: vacuum furnace porcelain parts, mainly use corundum 99 porcelain parts and 95 porcelain parts, namely high temperature resistance, and has higher mechanical performance and good insulation performance.
3, sand blasting mouth: sand blasting machine is a relatively long history of 95 kinds of wear-resistant porcelain pieces, is widely used in ing sand, spraying rust, metal surface cleaning, etc..
4, ceramic roller: the use of wear-resistant structural ceramics made of ceramic roller, is the traditional belt conveyor on the iron roller replacement, and its extended service life and reduce cost advantages obvious, has been widely used.
5, ceramic filter material: corundum ceramic filter, filter plate of our R & D and production, to make production according to user requirements of filtering precision, aperture and other technical parameters. It is widely used in analytical instruments such as gas, liquid and solid filtration.
6 honeycomb ceramic regenerator: mainly used in energy-saving furnace regenerative heat exchange system, improve gas temperature, so as to achieve energy saving and environmental protection effect.
