抗0体反应特点：
1.适当浓度和比例；
2.敏感性:在测定血0清中某一物质的含量时，化学比色法的敏感度为mg/ml水平，酶反应测定法的敏感度约为5~10μg/ml，免0疫测定中凝胶扩散法的敏感度与酶反应法相仿。
特异性抗0体检测的目的首先是协助临床诊断，在某些疾病中亦是观察疗0效及预后的一个指标，预防接种效果的观察，以及传0染病流行病学调查中，特异性抗0体的检测也具有特殊的、重要的意义。

保存条件:
Caspase-1 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody -20℃保存，Western一抗稀释液-20℃或4℃保存，一年有效。Western一抗稀释液优先推荐4℃保存，长期不使用可以考虑-20℃保存，但冻融可能会导致出现轻微的浑浊和少量不溶物。
注意事项:
如果本抗0体用于Western blot (WB)、免0疫荧光(IF)、免0疫细胞化学(ICC)等实验，请注意回收使用过的稀释抗0体。回收的抗0体通常至少可以重复使用5-10次。稀释后的抗0体，包括已经使用过的稀释抗0体，请4℃保存。
