PPR管试压方法
1、管道安装结束前必须进行水压试验，以确认其熔接状态是否良好，消除隐患。
2、水压试验应在热熔连接24小时后进行，试压前管道应固定，接头需明露。
3、冷水管试验压力应为管道系统工作压力的 1.5 倍，但不得小于 1.0MPa；热水管试压应为系统工作压力的 2.0 倍，不得小于 1.5MPa 。
4、试压时应关闭水表，以免损坏，加压宜采用手动试压泵或电动泵缓慢升压，试压时间不得规定时间。
