Textile Exchange standard.
我声明，我公司按照TE组织标准要求进行运营操作。
I declare that I
will notify Control Union Certifications (CUC) if any changes occur to this
Plan in due time. Adjustments can be sent to CU to the respective certifier of
CUC.
我声明，当次体系计划变更时会及时通知CU认证机构，调整文件将会寄送至CU认证机构的审核员。
when it is considered or suspected that a product has been produced, prepared,
imported or delivered from another company, which is not in compliance with
this regulation, I shall initiate procedures either to withdraw from this
product any reference to the relevant TE standard production method or to
separate the product. I will only use it in processing or on the market after
elimination of that doubt, unless it is placed on the market without indication
referring to the relevant standard production method. In case of such doubt, I
shall immediately inform Control Union Certifications.
我声明，当从其他公司生产、准备、采购或转运的产品被认为或被怀疑不符合此标准时，我会将会按TE标准要求启动措施进行退货或对产品进行隔离。在怀疑消除前我不会将此用于生产加工或投入市场，否则它将在不标注符合任何生产标准的情况下被投入市场。为了避免重复性评估带给企业不必要的成本，该标准还在每个模块设定了等效标准，如在社会责任模块，如果企业已经顺利通过了SA8000或BSCI的评估，则在申请认证时可以递交有效期内的相关证明，进行部分或全部豁免。出现此种疑问时，我将及时通知CU认证机构。
