一般家用水管规格有DN15（4分管）、DN20（6分管）、DN25（1寸管）、DN32（1寸2管）、DN40（1寸半管）、DN50（2寸管）、DN65（2寸半管）、DN80（3寸管）、DN100（4寸管）、DN125（5寸管）、DN150（6寸管）、DN200（8寸管）、DN250（10寸管）等。
通常说的4分管是按英寸来说的，因此4分管就是1／2英寸（4／8＝1／2），而一英寸＝25．4mm，所以4分管的内径就是25．4／2＝12．7mm，而这就是通常所说的DN15水管的内径。
一、开机前维修人员对主机各操作单元、主要部件进行检修。
1、检查主机齿轮箱，减速箱的油门是否正常；
2、检查主机和电器各部分是否工作正常，并检查排水是否打开，压缩空气压力是否正常；
3、检查主机防罩是否清洁；
4、检查螺杆冷却油路是否畅通；
5、检查所有操作开关的灵敏度及调速器是否为零，急停是否归位；
6、模具工负责对模具进行更换，并对模头的加热圈进行细致的检查确认正常后方可交付操作人员使用。
二、按要求装好生产模头、定型套及冷却箱两端密封胶垫，并调整好水箱内支架高度和定型套的高度基本一致。
