一、使用环境
1、应避开酸性排气、爆炸性粉尘、严重煤烟、超量水蒸气场所；
2、安放在建筑物旁边，应与进风口保持足够的距离（0.5-3m，根据型号而定）；
3、安放在井式围墙里，应警惕湿热空气回流造成排热故障，特殊环境可考虑引风装置。

3. Installed In the well type walls, Should be vigilant the hot humid air reflow waste heat caused by fault , please consider induced air device in the special environment.
二、配管问题
1、配管、泵阀应安装在冷却塔运行水位以下，防止溢流和空气吸入；
2、考虑设备安放位置时，应有足够的水泵扬程，应该考虑沿程的压力损失和冷却盘管的压力损失；
3、流体冷却的接口法兰压力设计为1Mpa,所有管道应考虑吊架或支撑。
Ⅱ，Tubing use
1. Tube,pump valve should be installed in the cooling tower operation under water level, prevent overflow and air inhaled
2. Equipment placement, should have enough water pump head,should consider the path of pressure loss and cooling coil pipe pressure loss.
3. Cooling fluid of the interface flange design pressure for 1 Mpa, all pipeline should consider hanger frame or support.
三、喷淋系统的维护
1、随着闭式冷却塔的运行，水中的矿物质和其它杂质都会沉淀下来积聚在水槽里，因此必须定期检查水质，定期排污清洗，这样能较好的控制水质和防止结垢 2、喷淋水水质要求：参照{GB50050-95页循环冷却水处理设计规范}，水质特别差的地区，应考虑水的净化（软化）处理。
3、喷淋水的补充量： 蒸发量≤流量0.8%+漂水率≤0.1%+排污量≤0.3%循环流量的≤1.2%。
Ⅲ. Spray system maintenance
1. When closed cooling tower working, the water of minerals and other impurities can precipitate accumulate in the sink, so must be regularly check water quality, regularly clean sewage,This can better control water quality and scaling prevention.
2. Spray water quality requirements: Refer to {GB50050-95 page-Cooling water circulation processing design standard} , poor water quality special areas, should consider water purification softened processing.
3. Spray water stock-recruitment:
Evaporation capacity≤Rate of flow 0.8%+Drift water rate≤0.1%+Discharge capacity≤0.3%Quantity of fluid flow ≤1.2%。
四、循环水
闭式冷却塔内的循环水，应符合生产工艺对水质的要求，可采用软化水或纯净水等。
Ⅳ. Circulating water
The circulating water in the closed cooling tower, should comply with the production process on the quality of the water requirements, can use soft water or pure water, etc.五、闭式冷却塔冷却盘管的防冻（非常重要）
1、当环境温度≤0℃时，可在喷淋水槽里与内循环管路内设置加热器，一般采用侵没式电加热器，同时闭式冷却塔内的循环水保持小流量。
2、设备闲置不用时，应把管内循环水排除，以免低温天气损伤冻裂盘管。
3、有效的方法是在闭式冷却塔冷却器内加注防冻液，乙二醇或丙二醇液即可，加注比例可参考下表：

Ⅴ. Closed cooling tower cooling coil anti-freeze Very important
1. When the ambient temperature ≤0℃, can use heater in the spray sink and circulation within the tube, General use submerged type electric heater, at the same time the closed cooling tower circulating water to keep the minimum flow.
2. When equipment at break , should be let off circulating water, to prevent cold weather damage the pipe coil.
3. The most effective way is charging antifreeze solution Ethylene glycol or Propylene glycol in the closed cooling tower , Charging ratio can reference the table below:
