适用范围

本产品适用于固定敷设在额定电压0.6/1KV及以高温环境下的输配电线路中。
阻燃电缆主要用于有防火要求较高的场合。该产品保持同电压等级、同规格普通电缆所有的性能指标，如：较高的机械、物理性能，优良的电气性能和耐化学腐蚀性能等，又具有阻燃特性避免了由于电缆引起的火灾的蔓延，减少了生命和财产的巨大损失。
低烟低卤阻燃电缆除保持阻燃电缆的一般特性和电气性能外，还具有燃烧时发烟量小、氯化氢气体释放量小和低腐蚀性的特点。
低烟无卤阻燃产品除了能满足阻燃电费的使用要求外，还具有无卤酸气体释出、发烟量小、产品腐蚀性气体较少、阻燃性能好的特点。
The products are used as the transmission and distribution lines of under 0.6/1KVrated voltage Uo/Uin the environment of high temperature.
Flame retardant cables are mainly used in the places where there is strict fire-proof regulations .In addition to the features of the common cables of the same voltage class and specifications,such as mechanical and mechanical properties and anti-corrosion,they also can resist burning slow down the spread of the fire and reduce the damage.
Low-fume and low-halogen flame retardant cables have the features of low corrosive smoke and little HCL gas during the burning.
Low-fume and non-halogen flame retardant cables have the features of no acid gas emission,low fume,little corrosive smoke and excellent fire resistance.
使用特性
Working features
1、额定电压：Uo/U为0.6/1KV。
2、电缆导体长期允许工作温度
FF型不超过200℃；
ZR-FV、ZR-FV22型不超过105℃；
WD-FV、WD-FV22型不超过90℃
3、敷设时的环境温度不0℃，0℃应预先加热。
4、电缆允许弯曲半径应不小于电缆外径的15倍。
1、Rated voltage Uo/U:0.6/1KV.
2、The allowable long-time working temperature:
Should not higher than 200℃ for Model FF.
Should not higher than 105℃ for Model ZR-FV and ZR-FV22
Should not higher than 90℃ for Model WD-FV、WD-FV22.
3、The temperature of the cables must bu over 0℃ in construction work.In not,the cables must be pre-heated.
4、The allowable bending radius of the cables must not be less than 15 times of the multi-core cable outer diameter.

注：1、对于B类绝缘线芯截面在10 mm2以上和R类绝缘线芯截面在50 mm2以上的软电缆绝缘层允许采用阻燃保护层形式，以加强电缆的机械性能。
2、为了考虑电缆机械性能和安装方便，对于大规格电缆可采用另加阻燃护套方式进行防保。
3、根据用户需要，可以产生5芯电力电缆。
Note:1.For insulation Class B cable more than mm2 and Class R cable more than 50 mm2,it is allowable to have the flame-retardant layer,to reinforce the mechanical property of the cable.
2.In consideration of the mechanical property and installation,it is recommended to add flame-retardant sheath for protection.
3.5-core power cables are producible as per requirements.
