组合音响节目源选择失灵故障检修

节目源随机跳动系IC8失控所致。根据以往经验,故障原因可能是电源异常波动或遥控接受元件有问题,再就是按键开关TAPE存在粘连故障。拆下系统控制板,通电监视+6V电源电压,特别注意观察节目源跳动瞬间电压变化情况,未见异常。断开遥控接受元件A1与IC8<IMG height=13 alt=o24.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092014875.gif" width=13 bytes) (66>脚的连接,故障照旧。测量各按键常开接点电阻并敲击电路板,接点绝缘良好。由此可以初步断定IC8本身损坏。<BR> 测量IC8各脚电压。由于原电路图未给出电压参考值,因此采用类比法判断各脚电压是否正常,即工作性质或外接元件相同的脚,其电压也应相同。测量过程中按动各按钮,以得到不同工况下各脚电压。此时注意到一种现象,当节目源处于TAPE(磁带)以外其它位置时(暂时维持),只要按动GE(频率均衡)按钮,节目源就立即跳到TAPE位置。仔细分析电路图,在键扫矩阵中,TAPE键和GE键的扫描返回同接于IC8的<IMG height=13 alt=o21.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092014155.gif" width=13 bytes) (66>脚,二者联系紧密,GE有故障就可能涉及到TAPE。重点检查与GE有关的元件,当测量GE显示驱动电路<IMG height=13 alt=o27.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092014679.gif" width=13 bytes) (65>脚电压时,D66灯亮为0V,灯灭时为3.8~4.2V摆动不定,而类似功能的①、②、③、④、<IMG height=13 alt=o28.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092014919.gif" width=13 bytes) (67>脚,对应的D61~65灯灭时为5V,相比之下显然偏低。再测量<IMG height=13 alt=o26.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092015131.gif" width=13 bytes) (67>脚电压,D66灯亮时为0V,灯灭时为3.3~4.0V摆动不定,<IMG height=13 alt=o25.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092015231.gif" width=13 bytes) (66>脚电压则始终为0V。断电测量<IMG height=13 alt=o26.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092014679.gif" width=13 bytes) (65>脚之间的电阻为60kΩ至无穷大不定,说明二脚之间存在间歇短路,导致<IMG height=13 alt=o27.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092014679.gif" width=13 bytes) (65>脚经R188对地分流,引起电压下跌。在本电路中<IMG height=13 alt=o25.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092015231.gif" width=13 bytes) (66>、<IMG height=13 alt=o26.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092015131.gif" width=13 bytes) (67>脚性质相同,均未承担具体任务,而是经R188、R189接地,以稳定集成块的工作环境,正常情况下电压应当为0V。现在<IMG height=13 alt=o26.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092015131.gif" width=13 bytes) (67>脚有波动电压,摆动不定的泄漏电压类似于脉冲信号。用放大镜仔细观察焊点和电路板,未看出问题,用无水酒精清洗焊点周围,故障不消失,说明问题出在集成块内部。<BR> 下一步,断开<IMG height=13 src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092015231.gif" width=13 bytes) (66>脚短接在一起,封锁该二脚的输入。试听数日,机器完全正常,至此可以说机器已修复。因为对<IMG height=13 alt=o26.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092015131.gif" width=13 bytes) (67>脚的电压存有疑虑,过段时间再次进行了测量,仍为4.8V,但在测量过程表笔偶尔挤压<IMG height=13 alt=o26.gif src="http://www.dzdqw.com/dianqi/UploadFiles_6262/200610/20061092015131.gif" width=13 bytes) (67>脚,发现电压明显摆动,于是怀疑前述故障为集成块封口不良引起,对集成块表面施压,也能看到同样现象,重焊<IMG height=13 alt=o25.gif (67>脚滴入少许502快干胶水,防止振动等原因再次造成短路。使用数月,故障再未出现,机器彻底修复。附表给出集成長M6416F-2182的引脚功能及在线电压和电阻值,供检修时参考,表中数值系采用MF92-1型万用表测得。■
